This website sets no cookies. Not necessary ones, not analytics ones, not advertising ones. There is nothing to accept, decline or configure, which is why there is no banner asking you to.
Why there is no banner
Consent banners exist because most sites load trackers that need permission. This one does not load anything from anybody — no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social widgets, no embedded video, not even a web font. Every part of this page is served from this domain.
A banner asking your permission to set nothing would be theater. Worse, it would train you to click "accept" without reading, which is how the useful version of that question stopped working everywhere else.
What we use instead of analytics
Our host keeps standard server logs — which page was requested, when, from what IP address. They exist to serve the page and to stop automated abuse, they are not tied to you, and they are deleted within days. We do not count visitors, run heatmaps, or record sessions.
Where cookies do appear
Two places, neither of them this website:
| Where | What | Whose |
|---|---|---|
| Our admin tools | A sign-in cookie so we stay signed in to our own systems. It is set on a separate address, only for us, and never on any page you can reach. | Cloudflare Access |
| Paying an invoice | If you pay or update a card, that happens on Stripe's own pages under their domain and their policy. We never handle card details, so we never set a cookie about them. | Stripe |
If this changes
If we ever add something that sets a cookie, this page lists it by name and says what it does before it is switched on — and if it is not strictly necessary, we will ask you first. The effective date above will change on the same day.
